ORIGINO uses account, company, inquiry, audit, document, and payment-related information to operate buyer sourcing, manufacturer onboarding, readiness review, and service delivery. This provisional policy applies until a signed customer agreement or updated policy says otherwise.

Data collected
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, product categories, target markets, RFQ details, audit answers, uploaded documents, payment references, support messages, and basic analytics events.
How data is used
Data is used to create accounts, evaluate supplier readiness, respond to buyer requests, prepare quotes or package work, protect the platform, send transactional updates, and keep an audit trail for orders, payments, and support.
Sharing
ORIGINO shares information only when needed for the requested workflow, such as matching buyers and suppliers, payment processing, document review, logistics or inspection coordination, compliance screening, or legal obligations.
Security and retention
Access is role-based. Sensitive supplier documents should be treated as private verification material and retained only as long as needed for account, legal, tax, dispute, or operational reasons.
