Refund Policy
This provisional refund policy covers ORIGINO paid services including Foundation, Transformation, Access, and founder calls. The signed order or invoice may include more specific commercial terms.

What this includes.
Before work starts
A buyer or manufacturer may request cancellation before ORIGINO starts paid work. Refund eligibility depends on payment costs already incurred, bank charges, and any non-recoverable third-party costs.
After work starts
Once strategy, audit review, profile work, content, design, supplier review, or coordination begins, fees are generally tied to completed milestones rather than a full refund.
Package names
Foundation, Transformation, and Access are service packages for manufacturer readiness and marketplace preparation. Public marketplace placement remains subject to ORIGINO review and is not guaranteed by payment alone.
Founder calls
Founder-call bookings may be rescheduled when requested in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations may be treated as delivered unless ORIGINO agrees otherwise in writing.
How to request review
Email hello@origino.store with the payment reference, package name, reason for cancellation, and supporting details. ORIGINO will review the record and respond with the available remedy.
